Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We understand how important the perfect fit is. Our goal is to make your LUMEA experience as simple and straightforward as possible.

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund, including any shipping fee paid at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it according to our Return Policy below.

Exchanges

We offer one free size or fit exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your item isn’t the right size or fit, simply submit an exchange request and return the item to us. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll send you your requested size at no additional shipping cost.

If you require an additional exchange after your first exchange, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds

If you decide that you would prefer a refund rather than an exchange, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the applicable standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in their original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Not show signs of washing, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other wear

  • Be returned in the original packaging where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return or exchange.
